Every thing was explained very well

I bought tires for our work truck and the staff offered a set of tires for $40 less if I waited until the next day. They eagerly accepted the $50 coupon I had and yet I could've saved another $40 if I waited one day, a total savings of $90. I chose to go ahead and buy the ones they had in stock. I've been buying my tires here for at least 20 years and have always been more than satisfied.

I always bring my car to Big O for oil changes and any issues with tires or brakes. I recently purchased 4 new tires and love them. In addition, Big O was extremely helpful during one of my recent visits. My car had been vandalized and I had the car towed to their store in the middle of the night. Jenna helped me out the very next day and researched my issue and got right back to me with quotes and ideas. She called and emailed me in a timely manner and helped me tremendously by coordinating a window replacement without me there. I have been a loyal customer for years and will continue to love Big O. Thank you Jenna!!

Upon getting home from work on Sunday evening I noticed the front right tire of my wife's Subaru hissing out air. I assume this happened close to my home as the tire was nearly fully inflated as I parked. We put on the spare and drive to your location on Monday morning right at opening. I didn't have much faith that the tire could be plugged due to the proximity of the puncture. Knowing that this car is AWD, I knew assumed this would be a very expensive replacement for tires with <20k miles on them. I told Jenna (name?) that we would purchase 4 new michelin defender 2s if (~$1k) the tire could not be patched. I was elated when she called back a few hours later to inform me that the technicians were able to patch the tire, especially knowing that I had already committed to a $1k purchase beforehand. Your team chose ethics and integrity. Moreover, they gave me this service free of charge. I had an excellent experience with this team when I had my truck tires replaced here ~4 years ago. This instance further solidifies the great work that is done here on a regular basis. Will not hesitate to come back when the subaru and truck need some fresh tires!
