Big O Tires in was great!

No appointment necessary, they told me to come on in. They checked out my flat tire within minutes of my arrival and I left with a patched tire within a half hour of my arrival, with a free tire pressure gauge to boot!

I have been bringing my van in for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. This shop is great.

We were driving home on freeway 680 and got a flat tire so we ended up at this Big O Tire store in Concord and they took very good care of us. From the guys in the lube area to especially Brian G. who was very friendly and personable. We would recommend this Big O Tire store highly. From the moment I walked in, Brian G. made me feel like I was a life long customer. I explained my issue, he gave me options and I was in and out within an hour.

While in the North Bay Area for a funeral I got my tire punctured in the side wall. I took my car to Big - O on Willow Pass Road in Concord, California and the salesman pointed out that one of my other tires was in need of replacement. He also pointed out that if I bought 3 tires, I would receive the 4th tire at no cost. I now have 4 tires that match instead of two. Great and speedy service.
