Josh knows what he is doing and made sure I was taken care of with the faulty strut part on the drivers side and made the replacement. This place always shows good appreciation of their customers and excellent customer service whenever in need, I will be back.

Had them check on my AC due to the air not wanting to go out after the car drove for a bit, Josh and his crew took care of it no problem by recharging it and even telling me in the future I will need a new compressor since it is showing signs of wear, but was told I do not need it at the moment. The point is they don't sell stuff to you that's unnecessary, honesty is the best policy.

I've said it before, and I will say it again - this store is one of the best auto shops I have worked with in decades. I had new tires installed a few months ago, then caught a flat this past week. Tire was not repairable (my fault), they replaced it under warranty and when I returned during lunch Anthony took time out of his busy day to swap the tire back onto my car . . . it's this kind of service that keeps me coming back to this shop, and recommending it to my friends!

I've taken my car there for service, fixing a tire and replacing a battery. The team is friendly, they give advice on what's the best I should do to get the car fixed. No selling, no trying to slide in a plan for anything, and I really appreciate that. Honesty and good work, I think that's what defines Big O Pleasanton. Many thanks, guys!

Josh. Your man left a mess under my hood and on my fenders. I'm sensitive about that I keep my emgine bay tidy. Recharge a/c and flushed brake fluid. Something looks like it exploded. I commented on that and was given a $75 discount. All good Spent half an hour cleaning it up.

I thought the appointment booking was easy and quick. They gave me the price upfront and I think it was fairly priced. I also appreciated they let me know that my brakes were getting low and gave me an estimate.
