Big O Tires

As usual the team at Big O tires made sure I was taken care of during my last visit. I have a lowered car, which is challenging, in & of itself, but the team knew exactly how to size the best tire and even helped ensure they didn't rub during a road test. I have always used this location for both my car, and my wife's, and the team here goes out of its way to make sure we are well taken care of . . . I will always use this location for my tire needs and recommend as a top notch team!

Started with tire purchases 20 years ago. Big O isn't always the cheapest, but always within 1 or 2%. The service and after afterservice are great.I use them for brake, suspension, oil servicr (Toyota, volvo, audi, bmw). They are familiar with all cars, and better pricing than most auto shops. and above all HONEST. I've often brought the car in for a second opinion after getting a service recommendation elsewhere & found out that i have up to 10,000 mi vefore the service is really needed.

This was a fantastic experience as I had a flat tire on my trailer. Turned out I had a bent rim and they took the time to fix it even though it was aluminum. Jeff and Jim were over the top with not only parking my truck and trailer as I had a sprained knee. They had us out of there within 45 minutes or sooner. They were awesome. Thank all of you

Returned my car after a faulty tire repair. Everything went smooth. They investigated the problem and found that a previous tire repair was not done properly. They fixed it for free and now the car feels safe to drive. Excellent job at finding the issue! :-)
