Big O Tires

Overall good service. Only mild complaint is that my tire pressure was not checked and equalized. I installed a new tire sensor and had to stop at a gas station to fill one tire just after leaving

Highly recommend this business. Called this morning with an inquiry hoping to get fixed before an upcoming road trip. Told to bring it in anytime so they could take a look. Diagnosed the problem immediately, didn't have part, but told me exactly where to get it and to come back if I needed help installing. I did return and they again helped me immediately. All this done for free and with a smile. I will definitely be back. Well done Big O.

I was very impressed with the entire staff at the Pleasanton location. Each person I spoke to was very positive, efficient and focused on helping me as quickly as possible. I had a time constraint and needed to be in and out as quickly as possible. The Big O team made sure all of my needs were met. Very impressed!
