Mario is the best! I have been going to this store for many years, with different cars to have tires fixed, replaced. He is very understanding, knowledgeable, fair and kind, never felt pressured, always left with a greater understanding of my choices. I am so glad I can trust him.

We have used BIG O for a number of years and have always had good and curtious service.

The counter service members are always welcoming, friendly and attentive. I appreciate them keeping the customers up to speed on the work being performed and in the know of job completion times. This location is clean. I don't trust my Classic Edition vehicle to just anyone else unless referred to by the gentleman at this location. Thanks guys for all your great work !

I've been coming to this BigO for the past 5 years.I've never had a problem that couldn't be fixed.

Customer Service was amazing. john was professional, knowledgeable, and curteous.

Service is always quick and Mario always goes "the extra Mile"! He is always straight forward about what you need and never pushes you to buy more than you need.

I was very satisfied as soon as I came in I was greeted they looked at my tire told me exactly what was wrong gave me a great price and had me out of there before I knew it :)

Love that they actually told me what was wrong with my car and what I needed to fix asap... Didn't charge me a ridiculous amount for finding out what it was. They actually showed me the part and explain what could happen if it wasn't taken care of, and gave me quotes.

Friendly helpful service

The reception was great and I felt welcomed and heard.

Great service. More costly than i thought. I requested more expensive tire they gave less expensive. Needed alignment. More expensive than i thought but needed it.

I didn't call ahead because I was using my insurance to call a tow and had no idea when my car would be there. But when I showed up, I was greeted at my car and asked what the problem was (tire went completely flat overnight) and they immediately filled the tire with air and moved it into their lot. I was quoted at $25, and said that it'd be 2 hours. Which, again, I didnt call ahead so I had no issue and I walked home. When I came back they basically just asked if I wanted the invoice and handed me my key. I was baffled. I had my wallet ready but didn't need it? Will 100% be back.

I had to drop off my car on a Sunday evening because I was heading out of town. I called on Monday I called to tell them about my rear tires. They called me back and said they pulled out two nails and it was fixed.

The very best in town! My wife and I have been clients for 13 years.We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have no complaints, customer service was perfect
