Big O Tires

I always buy my tires from Big o tires. I have always had great customer service there. But the last time I had my tires rotate the individual who but my hub caps back on couldn't figure out how to put them back on. I had one hub cab fall off. I checked the otherhub cabs and noticed that none were properly installed. I am lucky I didn't lose all my hub caps. So always check your hub caps before you leave big o tires.

It was a good experience; although the wait for getting my vehicle in for a simple tire rotation and wiper replacement was over an hour. In all fairness, I dropped in and didn't set up an appointment.
