Big O Tires

Had a screw in my BIG O tire and they repaired while I waited. free of charge just like Don said when I bought the tires

u have always served me well, you do what you say and say what you do thank you

I used Don a week ago have Happy, I recommend my families and friends to go see Don and use him like I do!!

oil change and tire rotation, had to come back tires were so far off I thought lugs were loose, came back and you fixed it right away, thank you all is good

The crew were kind and very quick to help out with the car my technician quickly asked what came on in the car and asked about the mileage half way through the inspection the technician said that everything was fine I felt very comfortable in the waiting seeing the whole crew giving equal attention to the clients while making sure the garage runs smoothly sir my fist time coming to this location I was very pleased with my overall experience

The service advised me that the work I received was finished, and let me know that my tires were getting a little old and gave me a good quote for new tires. 🙂

I went for my regular oil change and the service excellent, as always.

Speed ease polite staff. He they listen to customer. No oh sh.

They wore helpful got me out quickly and very knowledgeable

The front counter guy code was extremely nice and really took pride in helping me. Made sure I understood what was wrong, and convinced me to come back.

I had just came from the Honda dealership service department who told me I needed a new tire. Since I only buy my tires from Big O I went to buy a tire. To my delight Big O fixed my tire for free! Not only that the dealership told me I need a new battery Big O tested my battery and told me I had plenty of life left in it. I mean Bam!! how much did I save by going to Big O instead of going with the dealership. I will always go to Big O for my tires and most everything else for my car. Thank you Big O!!!!!
