I walked right and checked my vehicle in, took minutes. Walked around while I waited and the time that was quoted was highly accurate. And the price was right on.

I was there this morning for my low-aired tire and someone assisted me right away. He even checked if there's nail punctured on my tire. What an excellent service!!!!

They are honest, they care. I would not take any of my vehicles anywhere else.

The Customer Service person (Leo) from the beginning showed personality regarding my first questions, and quoting the service I wanted. He said if I was an early bird I could bring my car in and get jump of the service. I thought that was good advice, and then when I did, they immediately started by checking out my vehicle physically looking for leaks and such. Once the service was completed it was done 1/2 hour earlier than promised. The mechanics were personal with answers when I asked, however, I was not in their area of work. I was impressed, especially since I had been dealing with another tire place, and their service was lacking. Great job by Big O training!

I went on Tuesday and discovered a nail in my tire, which could not be repaired. So they ordered me a new tire. Came back the next day and the rest is history. They handled their business in a professional manner with expertise!
