Big O Tires

Ron offered to upsell me on servicing my tire persure monitoring system sensors. I had not system error light when I brought my car in. But it turned on 30 minutes after I left. When my wife had to bring it back, Ron said the sensor was now bad. I had to haggle Ron for a discounted rate in the new part. I had to convince my wife, that going somewhere other than Costco would be okay, because t now I know I was wrong.

Great Customer Service, and great work

We brought the car in thinking it needed a new alternator. In fact it only needed a new battery. We are thankful that Big O does honest business and didn't replace and charge us for something that wasn't needed. The car had to stay overnight and they assured us it would be locked up inside where it would be secure. I have been a customer here for many years, and will continue to do business with this Big O location.
