I had a nail in my tire. First they looked at it. said they could fix it. Quoted me $20. I asked them to go ahead and balance and rotate my tires as they said it would take the same amount of time. 5min later they cam back and said sorry they cannot fix the flat, it was too close to the sidewall. I said "but you saw where it was and you said no problem!" they said I needed to buy a new tire. I no, put it back on and fill it with air, I will go somewhere else. They said well I might have a used one...I said fine. The left for 5min came back and said sorry they do not, I said thats ok put my tire back on and cancel the order. the left and not even 2min later came back saying they miraculously found a used tire. They said it would be $30 i sad great put it on balance and rotate. They did. I was charged $40 for the tire which I didnt catch until I got home. Most importantly whatever the hell they did they messed up my front end alignment my car (which just had an alignment from the dealership) now severely pulls to the right. I am very disappointed and I know know damn well if i got back in there they will just try and say i hit something after leaving. Such BS these shops get away with. I will never step foot in another Big O and I will make sure everyone i know, knows why.

On Saturday, July 14, 2018 I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment to have my front-end aligned and my tires rotated through a service plan I purchased for my vehicle. The appointment was made during the week and I expected to be in and out in about an hour or so. Needless-to-say, upon getting my vehicle checked-in the technician can back to the front and informed about an issue with my tires and escorted me into the back to explain that my two front tires were badly worn on the inside and they couldn't rotate my tires and align my front due to wear. But prior to all that he had already priced two tires for replacement at $285.29 [such a funky up-sale tactic] because I had been thinking to myself that the tires may need replacing and I was going to wait for some to go on sale! After all that the sales person told me that it would take about 90-minutes to have all the work completed and because they are replacing the tires it would only be about another 10-minutes. Needless, that wasn't the case! From 10:00 a.m., until when I actually received my bill @ 12:43 p.m., there were a number of customers who came, had their vehicles serviced and were gone. Some of the customers were even walk-ins without an appointment. It is of my opinion that when they finished my front-end alignment my vehicle should have been next in-line regardless of who can in to have service done. At about 12:15 p.m. the person who was assisting me said I was next, and I'll be on my way. He told me that 3-more times until I finally saw my vehicle get driven out of the bay that I knew it was ready. What really "PISSED" me off was the fact that he didn't know when my vehicle would be ready; he kept telling me it was nearing ready and his unprofessional up-sale of the new tires. But the nail in the coffin was when my keys were brought in he was behind the counter and never once did he extend a professional courtesy by saying; I'm sorry for the detail; my apologies that it's taking so long; is there anything that I can do for you...or any professional words that would address the extreme delay in getting 2-tires. He just cowarded behind the counter and didn't offer any eye-contact or conservation. I have been using your shop for the 3-years that I've lived in Antioch when I moved here from Wake Forest, North Carolina and this was by far the worst treatment that I've ever received. Not to mention the following issues also: 1. The shop needs a major dusting of co-webs that linger in the ceilings, corners and on display items around the entire lobby and customer area. 2. The door handles need a good scrubbing from where all technicians with greasy hands coming in and out of the reception area grabbing the bar. A little cleaning goes a long way to remove dirt and grime. 3. The technicians need a cold water dispenser in the shop area where they work because and I was waiting in the lobby area I saw 3-different workers do the following thing. a. The 1st person filled a regular water bottle by sticking the opening directly to the spout then drank from the bottle and put it back on the spout to fill it at again after his lips had been around the bottle opening. Not only is that unsanitary but nasty. b. The 2nd worker got water from that same machine and his hands were covered in grease! God only knows how many vehicles he worked on that day and to be touching everything that the general public uses? Really....???? c. And the 3rd person, he came in wiping sweat off his forehead and mouth, then he grabs a cup filled it and pure water into h

So I have my dually sent into have an alignment and a tie tire pressure censor put in. And the one tire they had to work on. Some how the seem to scare and scratch the heck out of my Alcoa rim. And their solution is take my rim and send it to some shop to be repaired but it's gonna take 2-3 weeks. So I've got to drive around with a spare that's a regular rim for 2-3 weeks. And in then when it comes back I'm gonna either live with one rim being completely polished and looking brand new and the other three needing to professionally polished or leave them looking 3 years old and not matching. And when I brought this issue up the guy said yes it's gonna take 2-3 weeks and it will come back completely polished. I will find another shop that will take better care of their customers property while in for service. And will continue to give a less than desirable review due to the poor customer service after they've created an issue.

I originally went in there is because I was having problems with my brakes after getting a quote for $6,500 I knew something was up they had told me that there was all kinds of things wrong with my car and that was not true I ended up taking it to the Big O Tires in Benicia where they confirmed that Antioch Big O Tires does not know what they are doing they did an inspection of my whole car and determined only thing I needed was a new master cylinder for my brakes it cost me $315 installed

RE Oil Change...To much oil over the full mark, when I called and brought my car back to check .. The old guy said if I or some one else had added more oil ? no I did not.. Makes me think you did not change the oil filter ,It should be cleaner , for the miles I Drive. TO MUCH IS WERUSE THAN TO LITTLE OIL... WILL BLOW SEALS... THE OLD GUY I TALKED TO IS FULL OF IT.. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SIMPLE TASK of OIL CHANGE BY YOU OR YOUR CREW

I brought my 2008 Kia Sorrento in because of a loud clunk coming from the rear end, I told the service person it sounded like the rear differential, they later called and said that they were sure it was the upper swing arms and recommend I replace both upper and lower...with the price tag of $1,203.32. So I ok'd the work. After i paid the bill and drove the car it still made the same clunky sound in the rear. I brought the car back to Big O and it was rechecked, now I'm told that it's the transfer case ( what I initially suggested) and I have to take the car to a transmission shop. In the mean time I'm out of $1,200.00. Big O Tires should stick to tires, I was not offered anything in return. I paid for parts and labor that I did not need. I will not recommend to anyone that they get anything more than tires or an oil change.

I use the services to replace four tires and have my alignment done. I had a wheel bearing go bad and they checked it out for me. They gave me an estimate I repaired the vehicle myself when I took it back in to have the alignment checked just as a precaution. I was told the warranty was void because I did it myself. I am NOT very happy with Big O tire at all as I was not told this ahead of time.

I took my SUV in for tire rotations, balancing and a front end alignment. As I left the shop, I noticed that my car was still pulling to the right. At first, I thought it was just the road, but when I got on the freeway my car handled worse than ever! The steering wheel began to shake horribly while my speed was between 50mph-65mph. So I took my car back a second time and they did the job correctly.

I had a oil change done on Monday April 9, 2018 and the following morning I found fresh oil on my driveway. I brought it back the next day to have the issue corrected. The car was put up on the rack and I was shown that a little oil was noticed around the oil filter. However, the splash guard, which is brand new showed new oil on it. I expect better service from Big-O; not to come back and spend another half hour to correct their workmanship. Big-O has just lost my business.
