Big O Tires

I brought my car in and spent almost $2500 a week ago on shocks/struts and am now being charged for a replacement part which is related to the repair I already paid for and then they end up getting the wrong part nobody bothered to check so it wasted another day after work only to now have to come back again for a repair that should have been taken care of in the first place. They should honor their work and not charge me anything for their repair issue. That would be the honorable thing to do.

Years of experience makes a difference. Highly qualified and they are quick!

To take a nail out of my tire was $20. I only went here because that's where I buy my tires for my other car and was planning to get a set for my daily driver. Not now though. Right down the street at every other tire shop to take a nail out is $7 - $15. I'll go to one of those shops for everything from now on. Boo to you

I've been taking my truck for years to Big O in Antioch. Always receive great service. I can even get information on where to take my truck if there is a problem they don't repair in their shop. All their personnel are well informed and are always professional!!

There is a dirty fan that serves as an example of how dirty a fan can get, that is placed on an inn table inches away from a seating arrangemt. It is roo close to patrons, as it is not only disturbing to look at, it could pose a health risk. When I mentioned that to the owner, there was no response. I personally will do everything I can to avoid returning. Additionally, not only was I not greeted at my car, I stood at the counter for approx. 8 minutes after asking receptionist if I could get help; she said one of the workers would get to me. There were two wotkers at tge desk who left without saying a word to me, then several more minutes padt until another group of workers came over, and I looked at receptionist, and she THEN. took the time to tell the workers that I needed help. During that time, I stood at the counter, pulled out my laptop and felt ignored. The mechanic who actually worked on my car, seemed great and personable, however.

I truly trust the expertise of all staff members at Big O Tires.

My son brought down our 03 dodge van last Thurs for a flat tire repair, but he ended up having to purchase a new tire. Very strange indeed, because the screw that was in the tire was in the tread area and not the side wall, so should have been an easy repair. The tire disappeared as well. Please explain

Excellent customer service and quality of work at the Antioch location.

This is definitely not the first time of me coming here and feeling not so good about their customer service. The men on this store's service team are the typical men of thinking that women are incapable of knowing things about cars and feel the need to dumb-down everything on the estimate or service order; but when a fellow man customer comes through the door, well he must know atuff so we'll joke around with them and not explain things as much. Only reason I go to this location, extremely close to my house. I cannot wait to find a better store, hopefully, when we move out of state.

Great place for your tire and wheel needs. Great customer service, friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable technicians. I came in recently with a large screw in my tire very close to closing and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. You know they wanted to go home. But they quickly took care of my tire issue. Which was major for me. Thank you, Big O Tire staff on 18th Street, Antioch, Ca.

I must say this was my worse visit. I went back because after having my air conitioner service for a conciderable amount. In less than a week I had to pay 3X more to have a new radiatior installed. I am not happy and can say that the replacement device dose not seem to work as well as the original. You win some and you lose some I have to take it on the chin.

I came in to get a balance and tire rotation. A rear axle seal leak was brought to my attention. We made an appointment for the day after. I came back on Friday and dropped my truck off in the morning and before lunch time I got a call that it was ready. Seal repaired and alignment done. Perfect, thanks guys

They insisted they needed to break a stud to get one of my wheels off, I declined. (I got home and it did break. I replaced it in about 20 minutes or less. They wanted $50 to do that "because they have to remove the whole wheel hub off" that is lies. Then they wanted to replace my tons sensors because the valve stems were stuck and they could not remove air. BS, I put pressure on them and checked them with a gauge (releasing air to get pressure to all match). I went to my trusted independent tire shop and had him check, and they got the valve stems out and rebuilt them and put them back in, he didn't even charge me. I watched him and learned a lot. Then they tried charging me for the rebuild kit they did not use. This place scams and can not be trusted, I only wonder what they do when a woman comes in. I'm not coming back, I will stick to my independent tire shop I trust.

Very inconvenient and displeased with the service. Been a customer for about 10 years now. I will never go to the Antioch big o again.

Right rear passenger tire picked up a nail (detected by a friend who walked by the vehicle and heard the "hissing" which was great for me since I am elderly and did not hear it. Fortunately it was quickly fixed and I was on my way.

Took in my car for new tires, oil change and alignment check. They ended up breaking my car, so while originally I was supposed to get it back that same day I didn't get it back for two days and didn't have my car to go to work. They had to bring my car to another shop to have them fix it. Now, not even a week later and my tire pressure monitors are going off stating there is an issue. This place sucks and I would not recommend

FAST SERVICE

I am never taking any of my cars back to this place. You shouldn't take your truck in to get a new tire and get it back and your speaker has been practically ripped off the door and completely falls off the door on the drive home. You expect your vehicle to at least come back in the same condition that you brought it in. Especially so when they are just putting on a new tire. Never coming back here again.
