They were ready for my appointment. The service was quick. The vehicle inspection and tire rotation are a plus!

Your sales person was very polite and quick to help me, your tire changer seemed very knowledgeable and explained my issue completely, it was just a flat but in a non repairable location on the tire, so I purchased another tire, ( which you had in stock ) and was on my rather quickly way rather quickly

While I was waiting for my car to get fixed I noticed there was two Tv but there was no interest program on to watch. Just how fix car, and where no interest magazine you know like people magazine.too read well waiting.

I got to meet the owner at this location Ron, he was so kind and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me when I got there and when I checked out, super appreciative that I got to meet him and be helped by him. All the other employees were very kind and working diligently to get everyone’s cars worked on. I will def be back to this location

I'm a busy person like everyone else..it was nice to drop off and pick up before the store opened. Got a call as soon as they were done and held my vehicle till i was off work. Great knowledge and awesome customer service! Live in Brentwood but will always go to antioch location because of customer service. These guys are very kind and make everyone feel important..and that too me is very important! Thanks again antioch big O!
