Big O Tires

The next day I took my car in for an oil change and he asked if I recently had my car work on, he showed me that a hose was not attached to the coolant and a clamp was broken off. I will not be having my car worked on just tires rotated

It was last minute oil change on freeway coming from sf...to Antioch I made it and did a great job .....love these

I got the feeling that the salesman tried to sell me the most expensive set of tires, not looking for my best interest. He told me the total was $740 out of the door but ended up with $100 more. He told me the cost for the tire replacement was $27, but failed to tell me it was for each tire, not for the 4, I felt being cheated. My friends told me American tires has better deals, I think I will try them next time.

These guys are really good. Its been the same group of people for a long time now. I always love doing business with shops that have low turnover. Service prices are decent and so fa,r iv not had any issues to report.

I ended up spending more than I originally wanted to. They talked me into an alignment job as well as tires. My car still pulls to the right but I was to tired to go back. I will go back since I bought the 1 year warranty. Still that's more of my time sitting at Big O.

Helped a friend out who was in a difficult situation

I feel like the guy at the front counter talks down to me. Not sure if he is the owner? I go to Big O because of the convenience. It is close to home in in many areas I travel too.

The service was exceptional in comparison to Les Shwraub who I allowed to put tires on my wife's car. I was there for two hours. However, at your shop Big O Tires was fast and efficient I opened an account, had for new tires place on my vehicle where the total amount of time was less than an hour. Very satisfied....

For the first time I was disappointed in the customer service I asked to have my brakes check because they were squeaking when I applied my brakes coming out of my garage. I had 4 new tires put on oil change and asked to have my brakes checked Always in the past when my car was ready they would tell me if anything was wrong and go over the bill. This time no one told me anything just how much I owed and nothing about the shape of my brakes. So I still don,t know about my brakes

I dropped my car off at Big O Tires on Monday, October 22nd after I made an initial visit on Friday, October 19th to have several different done on my car. I dropped off my car around 1:10 p.m. on Monday, October 22nd. Big O mentioned that all the parts to finish my automobile work at the end of that day. Big O did some of the work that day but it was not completed. They called their vendor that supplies some of their parts and mentioned the vendor said there was a glitch in their system and that is why there was a delay in delivering my parts to complete my car. So we decided since all the parts weren't there that they can keep my car there another night and work on and complete all the work the next day.. MId afternoon I received a call around 3 p.m. from the female work and said your car is complete and I can come pick it up. I was confused because I just spoke to Robert there a few hours earlier and they said they had complete the job the next day on Tuesday, October 23rd because the parts did not come in for the rear and front brake hardware. So that was embarrassing and unprofessional that the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing and why they called me saying my car was completed when it was not. Communication is key and staying on the same page as a sale staff and mechanics together. On Tuesday, October 23rd I called Big O around 3 pm and let them know I did not have another and can a staff come pick me and they came right away within 10 mins which was great and saved me from walking, bus or taking Uber/Lyft. When I got there they still were not finished because I asked them to see the new parts on the car and they had all the four wheels off and I was able to see the new parts placed on the vehicle and all the front and read brake hardware. I did notice the front passenger hardware had a loose wire and they went to order another item but in the process of receiving the new part another wire broke off the front passenger wheel and they order another part and finished that assignment. Finally the job was completed and I wish Big O would have told me they were having a problem with their vendor that supplies parts for them. Thank you for finally completing my job on my vehicle.

I was fortunate to arrive at Big O on 18 th St. in Antioch , Ca when no one else was present, so my visit was print and finished in a short time.

Ordinarily I give glowing reviews when they are earned. This was more the exception than the rule. I went in to have my old tires changed. I got the BF Goodrich A/T KO2s and are extremely pleased with them. Mounted and balanced very well and exceptionally expeditiously. As I was pulling into my driveway the truck threw up a code. "Emission System. See owners manual now. 174 miles until 65 MOH max"�. Ron pulled them truck back to the shop, he brought it back around, open the hood and explained that sometimes the techs forget to plug the harness back in when checking the air filter. That is all fine and good, but my problem that I have is why are they pulling apart the emission system for a tire change???the truck was in for a tire change not a service. The truck is still under warranty and gets serviced at the dealer until the warranty expires. This has been a red flag for me. My wife and I have both used this shop, but we are both concerned now about any future visits.

Great Customer Service and Work

I have had nothing but positive experiences everytime I came here. This time, all the employees seemed like they had better things to do. When I came in, the tech basically made me feel stupid. My tire rotations are generally handled by America's Tire. I don't keep track of rotations because there computer system keeps track. Then the tech said "here's a list of maintance items you should do on your car if you haven't already". This was after I had just told him that usually my mechanic changes my oil but his shop is closed temporary. I think my next visit will be at a different Big O Tires
