I went in for my 5000 mile tire rotation and Big 0 Staff was great in getting my Truck in and fast service. There always quick to respond to customer service. Thanks Big O Tires!

Big O was prompt. They got my parts ordered and car repaired in a quick and prompt manner.

We came in with tire sensor issue, from a different tire shop. The gentleman that helped us at big O brought a sensor reader. He knew exactly what the problem was. Everyone up front was very helpful. The guys in the back are top notch.. We are now customers for life.

Unfortunately, after spending over $1,100, the problem with my car is still not fixed. It will be necessary to take it to a dealership.

My husband went in to have his tires rotated on his truck. They damaged the wheel cover so that I had to get it replaced at a cost of $65.

Came tire rotation. After i took back the car i heard a lound noise and had to take the car back. I was told they put the wrong balancing weights and it was rubbing against the calliber. Not very professional service.

As soon as they opened in the morning my brakes was horrible and I had locks on my tires they didn't charge me much and had very great customer service I love you guys!!!!
