I came in to get a flat tire patched and Gary showed me that my flat tire was unsafe to drive on because the tread was getting very low on the tire.Without me even prompting him, he went into his used tire storage area and pulled out a good used tire for me, charging me only $45 for the transaction.

First time to this location. Very friendly and attentive service. I was recommended to replace front brakes which did not surprise me. It was about time to do this. I was able to get my local mechanic to do the job for over $80.00 less though.

I came in with a pressure leak in one of my tires. It was an unrepeatable puncture. But rather than replacing just the one tire, I replaced all 4. I did this for two reasons, one because I don't like misnaming tires, and two I wanted to support a locally owned business.

The technicians are very knowledgeable fast and friendly, and you in and out.

My parents recommended Big O Tires. My first time coming in, I was greeted by an employee named Robert. I didn't even go inside the store yet and he just came out to me! I rambled on for like five minutes about the history of my car and he was genuinely listening to what I was saying. I started to feel like my car was in good hands. He told me that he would do a full inspection on my car and that he would call me if he found any issues. He called me and gave me a run down of everything wrong with my car. He gave me an estimate and asked me what I wanted to do. As a part time student, money is a bit of an issue. We proceeded to talk about what needed to be done as soon as possible and what could wait. I told him to do anything that needed to be done and I'll just fix my wipers another time. About six months later, I went in for car maintenance. Robert wasn't there and I was helped by someone else. The service wasn't bad, just not what I wanted. I didn't feel comfortable letting him fix my car and the was little to no conversation on a plan to fix my car. I took my estimates and left. Just last week, I pulled up to Big O Tires and was greeted by Robert again. I was so excited to see him and I told him about my previous experience with someone else. I was slightly embarrassed because I didn't want him to think I was sucking up to get a deal or something. I was relieved to know that my car was in good hands once again. The service fantastic and I was able to pick up my car after hours. Alignment adjusted, oil changed, tires rotated. Feels like a brand new car Every time I'm going in, I'm asking for Robert because he's amazing.

I was in and out in less than 1/2 hr which is always good

Service was good, I've been taking all my cars to this location for the past 4 to 5 years. Never had any issues with my vehicles and if I have staff never has in issue fixing it, plus they are always willing to help me and give the best solution for my car. Price is always reasonable.

The store was clean, but looks the sink in the restroom is been used by the mechanics too.
