Easy to get appointment took care of my needs. When I got there explain what was needed with my vehicle . Made recommendations on repairs.

Excellent costumer service. Although The part that was needed was expensive. To install the part Mechanics labor was even higher. Which I was disappointed in.

I brought my car in for one issue and 3 other issues were found to to be repaired. However , since I have a Big O credit Card, no one mentioned that each one of these issues should be written up separately so that I could receive my $50 / per $500 repair . I feel that they have missed the mark on their customer relations on my visit .

Service was great, the Antioch location is next to a Fosters Freeze, so I had lunch and when I finished my car was done! No time wasted.

They are knowledgeable and easy to schedule an appt with. They always keep me up to date with progress and communicates well any changes. They are courteous and usually drive me home.

i was delighted to know that the fat repair was no additional cost. it was repaired in a timely manner, again. I was; however, disappointed, to find my repaired vehicle parked outside the fence on Cavalo street not far from the unemployed guys that hang out on that area with my car UNLOCKED. great service. poor follow through.

I came with out an appointment to purchase and mount new tires.The had the tires I needed in stock and removed the wheels from the bed of my truck. I was impressed with the enthusiasm and initiative. I am highly satisfied because of this 👌👍🙏

Took my car in without appointment. They promised 1 hour to be done, they finished in 1 hour and 40 mins. All in all good service.

Dave and his mechanics got me into the shop and had my oil changed in no time at all.

I took my car for mechanical service, and they delivered as expected. I was in and out within the time frame they gave and they honored my discount card without issue. Not everyone at the counter has a pleasant demeanor, but everyone is cordial and helpful.

The only compliant is that after getting two new tires, I got home and later in the day I got an e mail with a $20 coupon towards purchasing two new tires. This should have been deducted from my bill.
