I was quoted $230 for a rear brake job, over the phone. When I went in, they quoted me $260. Evidently the mechanic who quoted me the $230 was quoting for drum brakes on the rear. He never asked me what kind of brakes I had on the rear (I have disc). Owner looked at my appointment, saw the $230 estimate there, went and did an inspection, found the disc brakes, and changed the estimate, without informing me until they came to tell me the estimate, nor anyone telling me WHY things were changed. There's two gaps in communication here. First, mechanic did not ask my any clarifying questions regarding type of brakes. Second, owner failed to tell me up front that the original estimate was wrong, and why it was wrong. Just that little bit of communication would help a customer trust that they were being treated fairly, and help them avoid sitting there for over an hour wondering if someone was gaming the estimate process. I understand the change. Now. But, that needed to be communicated UP FRONT. I know the guys are very busy in there, but, keep me in the loop, don't just blow through things like that in an effort to be productive in other ways.

Always feel welcomed at this store. The customer service technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly, very professional and straight forward. I feel like I am talking to folks I can trust whenever I talk to them or get my vehicle repaired.

The people are extremely helpful and are up front, wait time is minimal for walking in. The product has always been everything they claim and the warranty is great not to mention Big O is all over if there is a problem.
