I patronize this store for all of my vehicle needs, the owner Dave will get right in with his employees, and work. I recommend this Big O Tires location, again they have great service.

The techs and staff are all extremely knowledgeable and know what they're doing. They were able to fix my vehicle issue within a short time frame for a reasonable price, as always. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Had to return a second day since car was still shaking and pulling to left which was not happening first day

I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and have had this location care for our 4 vehicles. Pricing is fair, staff super friendly and with the COVID-19 now I felt very safe in their attention to maintaining masks, barriers, sanitizer and social distancing per the CDC. Thank you for taking good care of our cars and helping to maintain my good health!

I have been using Ron and Dave at Big O Tires for many years. I trust them with all of my vehicles.

When you purchase tires and pay extra for additional services, I do not think that I need to remind the service department that with my rotation I also want an alignment, & balancing. I was told this is needed to preserve the full life span of my new purchase. being I only got 35k of the 50k on my last purchase. Plus when I mentioned it, I was told they always look to see if its needed. Feeling like I was sold a crock ...

I brought a 1939 replica Jaguar into them for oil change and safety check. The oil change wasn't an issue but since the car was a mixture of parts and I had no idea what they were. Therefore they told me that the front brakes were bad and it had a leaking rear wheel cylinder. Without knowing what vehicles the various parts came from, they couldn't do that work. This shop is my go to shop...always. They are always honest and do what they say. I'm not holding this against them. It's just that I didn't do the research ahead of bringing it to them.
