The owner/manager recognizes me as a returning customer and is always friendly and helpful.

cashier/reception should be more customer friendly. I see no smile while talking to her.. c/s agent very friendly, respectable and detail oriented.

Ron was great got my tires ordered and the next day he had me in and out with in 1 1/2hr.

The person greeting yesterday could be a bit more inviting however the service was impeccable. I've tried to bring my car in for all needs but location is extremely busy. I would love for this location to be my go to for all issues with my car.

It was what I expected

I had an issue with a fuel pump and the mechanic was well versed in my needs as he owned the same vehical. Good knowledgable service.

Much faster than I expected and they were very polite and professional. They have my business.

Sometimes they made mistakes but luckily i caught it and they fixed it when i told them. but they should always double check the vehicles before returning them.

I love this Big O. My family has been coming in for over 30 years.
