I most admit I was not happy about being offered a tire that was not mentioned to me on a previous visit ....The store rep was highly knowledgeable of the product and did his best to inform me of the tires they had on had and I most say I was reluctant to purchase the Big O brand tire but it is even better then the Michelin tires that came with the vehicle!

Fast and Friendly, simple as that. Very courteous and accommodating.

Great service, Andy professional and customer service oriented, knew the product and were able to replace the recommended tires same day (I could not do so that day) but paid same day and brought suv in the next morning. The only downside was their inability to place my small spare back as it was, not sure why but they might have "you tubed"� or phoned the Kia service dept and asked. Details matter... otherwise great! Will return.
