Big O Tires

The last 2 visits made me feel like I was inconveniencing them because they were "too busy" to do my oil change two visits ago and I asked this time and said they were busy but would try to get it done. Ironically though my brakes needed to be done and they had time to call and squeeze that in. This is the car I use to Uber and since they do it all it is convenient but unfortunately if that is the vibe I get from them a 3rd time I am unsure if I will continue to go back for services.

Had some problem with low tire pressure. When out of area on vacation. Had tire fixed and had valve stem problem and found suspension problem. They fixed problem for safe return home. Big O fixed valve stem and went over the whole suspension and realigned for continued use all under my extended alignment program. All good now thanks to Big O.

Knowledgeable staff. Good mechanics. They have the ability to research parts needed and are willing to do that. I have a 39 Jaguar replica car. They found the right parts to do a brake job on it. I would stand ahead of this job...not just behind it.
