First let me say upon my arrival I noticed the great "people person" attitude of the receptionist that is a pleasant welcoming we all enjoy but most never mention, great customer service and of course all the other staff is professional and provide the same. Thank you all.

I had a severe radiator leak. As usual I took the car to the shop I fully trust. They, as usual checked it out at no charge and gave me the bad news (the radiator had a huge leak). As usual I had them do the repair. They were thorough and even though they had to get the part the repair was completed the same day. I talked to three other customers and all had great things to say about Big O. I highly recommend them. If they don't do the necessary repairs they suggest other shops that they trust.

Actually, I went to Big O tires to have a tire replaced. They were fast and efficient and I certainly return to them for service to my BABY the Monte Carlo.
