The staff is professional and courteous. They are very knowledgeable about their services and product that they offer. They have your safety at heart and only recommend what you really need.

In light of the current capitalist climate especially where car repairs are concerned they could have easily deceived me and charged me much more than I expected but they did not they inform me of the actual magnitude of my concern and I ended up paying considerably less than I expected

This Big O does not make me feel they take advantage of me because I am a woman and that I do not know anything. They do not scare me by saying that my car needs thousand of dollars in repair. I have complete trust in them.

Robert communicated with me the whole way, keeping me informed when the tires arrived, helping me locate the right tires after finding out I gave the wrong size and getting them delivered and installed before the end of the day.

I have never gone to Big O Tires, but I am super happy that I did! This Antioch location isn't located in the best part of Antioch, but it is a super convenient that it is in the middle of old Antioch and the new area of Antioch. The customer service here has got to be the best that I have came across as a woman. Most tire shops I've been to have either not been helpful or understanding when it comes to assisting, but this location in Antioch was super patient with helping us with our payment as well as helping us understand my purchase with them. They were also understandable about me getting off late and picking up my car later on in the day. I will honestly be returning and giving this location my business and I hope that they never leave. Maybe a little upgrade to their facility, but location is perfect, customer service is great and pricing was around what I could afford. I will say that they may need a front desk assistant to pick up their calls, because the traffic through here was a bit crazy, but their work is THEE BEST!

As always, Big O is the place to go in Antioch! Quality service, friendliness, honesty. And knowledge are their watchwords!
