Big O Tires

This shop is one I trust completely. I have had all my work done on my cars for many years. This trip was no exception. They did the work, on time and completely. I highly recommend them and have done so many times. They never recommend anything that isn't necessary.

I can't express enough what a great experience visiting this Big O was today. Ron and his staff are top notch. As busy as they were, the flow was calm and organized. Ron clearly has years of experience and knowledge. I came in for a tire repair. It was unrepairable. I bought a new set & alignment due to Ron's service. I picked up the car about two hours after dropping it off with no appointment - outstanding! Today it's very hard to find a tire shop, national repair chain or dealership that compares to this level of service and professionalism. I will certainly return to this location and recommend their services.

I like Big O Tires... but this location rocks customer service. Fixed a couple of flats... but the last two services were new tires---- SCORE. And then Front end Alignment BIG SCORE!!! Ron Cass and his team know their business and customer service. Competence and confidence.

Excellent customer service we were greeted at the door and asked how we could be helped. Once I explained what we needed the sales man was quick at getting the information and explaining the price and how long the service would take. When our vehicle was ready we were told and had us on our way.

I showed up to my appointment 30 minutes late with only 45 minutes before closing and they took me in and finished up quickly.

Ron & staff, thanks for taking the time to check all areas of my mobile. Went in for a basic oil change had a coupon for $29.99. However I have a older car so a high mileage oil change was reccomended @ $59.99 Ron gave the $10.00 coupon rate plus offered a $10.00 mail in rebate. Awesome customer service! -Every penny counts these days. Then the staff /mechanics took it a step higher letting me know about some other issues. I had them fixed as well.Big O Antioch top team! Dave, Ron and the team have always been highly responsive, honest, fair and have worked hard to maintain a high quality of service. I appreciate the provisions made for customers during the COVID situation. Sitting outside at clean, spaced seating at the improvised “beach” without having to wear a mask during my wait was a very nice plus. Great people and great service. That’s why I keep coming back and recommending them to others.
