Great service and great speed and I was a walk in would go back again!

Tech found loose tie rods and informed me and started working to remedy the problem ASAP

I brought in my Nissan Van last week with a rubbing noise, and boy, they did a fantastic job looking over my Van, it must of taken them at least an hour to check this noise, and when I picked up my Van, they said no Charge, I was so happy to hear those words, I had just spent $500.00 from an accident I had., but that's who they are, this is way I trust Big O's on 18th St.. Ron and Dave are very honest Man..

Ron Case was great! He took my order request & information over the phone. He set up the appointment. When I arrived everything was ready to go. I was happy to get new tires, an oil change and alignment all at the same time.

I've been going to Big O since I was 16 years old in high school they do quality service and clean

I thought I was in need of only tire rotation and balance but Dave saw that I had unusual front tire wear. This resulted in replacement of front end steering parts and alignment. Resulting in an unexpected expense but will save my tires.

We have been going to this location for many years and have gotten great service and feel they have competitive pricing. We have done all types of service on our vehicles at this location and find the associates to be informative on the services they have provided. The coupons that are sent to us are appreciated.
