Big O Tires

I used Big O Tires to do tire rotation when I purchase a new set of tires and they're doing an outstanding job on service and customer service, specially the lady who always take care om me. Very friendly and gets to the point on what you need and very, very fast service. The best I ever seen!!!

Knowledge of tire and rims for my specific car

I've been going to this location for many years, normally Dave and Mike are who I work with to take care of my cars. This time was relatively costly (for an 04 G35). It was time to change my struts, shocks and inner tie rods (rough ride and poor wear on the tires). Even though it was painful to shell out what it cost, the ride in my car is vastly improved and it was completed at a fair price. Thanks guys, you too Wendy and Carol.

Everyone there are always friendly and helpful

I did not have an appointment but Big O took me right then..... no waiting. They spent an hour to complete the oil change (amount of time I expected). I thought they checked all fluids but I'm not sure.... My coolant light comes on in the morning; it only stays on for about 5 minutes then goes off. So, guess I'll have to find out what that's all about But overall Big O is great.

I had a nail in my tire and I had to go to work. They couldn't repair my tire because of the nail placement, so I purchased a new tire and I wasn't late for work..great service.

Went in for the recommended tire rotation and balance. A quick inspection picked up a potential problem. It was quickly fixed.

Car was taken in immediately and the the people in the office were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I did not wait long for the new tires to be put on and balanced. Dave and Wendy Estes who are owners always take time to speak with me and ask how I am doing and about my family. Very personable.

Lonnie did everything he could to fix the squeaky brakes. He could not stop the squeak so he suggested putting new pads on now I'm a happy man. Just happy for the time he took to help me out and explain what was going on was awesome.

I went through in for a routine tire rotation the owner of big o serviced my car, he noticed that I was missing a lug on my two rear tires, and he replaced both of them for me at no charge. Now that's customer service at its best any other shop would've changed anywhere from $40 - $60 for that service.
