Big O Tires

Walter I was there lost Fri and had a new tire put on the right rear end of my car. The service was Excellent and the staff were great to me as a custom. I will be coming back soon for another new tire. Thank you. Walter Staton.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They found a screw in the tire, made the repair and rotated the tires in less than an hour.

They recently did some major front end work for me. There turned out to be an issue with a part used (not their fault) and they corrected it immediately. Have used them many times in the past and recommend them highly.

Tires I needed were in stock, good value, and installed in a timely manner. I did not like that the weight dots on the tires were not all in line with the valve stems, But they seem fine, so I guess maybe I an splitting hairs.

Dave was excellent. He replaced my tire rim for me and helped me get the correct windshield wiper blades for my car. Just in time to as it rained the next day.

One tire was balding and asked to check all fluid levels. Also asked if they did electrical work since windshield wipers stopped working. When checking the fluids found out that the transmission fluid was leaking which got repaired. Even though Big O does not do electrical work on cars, they did discover that the cause of the windshield wipers not working was a blown fuse which they replaced for no charge. They also replaced a burnt bulb for free. Great Service.

I obtained the needed maintenance within a hour and reasonable cost.
