Appointment was made easy the same day. Friendly fast service. I bought some shocks there over a year ago, told them somethings wrong, they fixed it with new one, I was in and out of there within an hour! Great service!

I had a flat tire that I thought was unrepairable. They repaired it very quickly.

Brought my Tacoma in for an alignment after lowering it.I was greeted with a friendly staff.Ron said it was going to take around 45 minutes.They completed it in less than 30.The other workers were very friendly and we're open to answering tire related questions I had.Wendy (cashier) was also quite friendly and processed my bill before leaving.Left but came back for a quick lube job.Ron accepted the work order even tho they were closing in 10 minutes.He and the crew went above and beyond his normal service!Not a bad crew, especially located on East 18th St.!Very happy camper here...

I arrived without an appointment. They estimated it would be 30 minutes and it was exactly. It always feels like family here. I have been going to Dave and Ron for 30 years. My Daughters have also been encouraged to go here because I know they will be taken care of with safety a top priority.

Got there 20 minutes before closing.Not only did they NOT moan and sigh at my late arrival wanting service, they were happy to see me.Got me on the road quickly and professionally.Two new tires baby!

I had to drop off my truck unexpectedly late in the evening after the shop closed. The owner made me feel safe about that after I addressed my concerns. Then, they were able to fix my truck first thing the next morning and called me right away to let me know what was going on and that my truck was ready! This particular Big-O always goes above and beyond. They are always there to help with a friendly smile and fair, honest pricing. They communicate and if they can't fix the issue, they tell you what to do/where to go. I appreciate this Big-O and will always go to them first before any other mechanic.
