Big O Tires

I'd forgotten I had a one-year warranty on my front end alignment until I was reminded by the Big O receptionist that I had time lf on my contract.Consequently, I took advantage of the warranty and took my car in for service.All is good now.

I always go there. The guys there explain everything that will be done and always very friendly

I happen to love these guys. I have been coming for years. They never steer me wrong and don't try to gouge me just to get more money. They give me a rede home so I don't need to go to the honda dealer for oil changes, tires ect. I have an appointment on the 11th and am sure the service will be excellent.

The sales agent Robert Hernandez was really helpful and knowledgeable. It was very quick and everyone was friendly.

We received a quote sometime ago for newtires and when a larger coupon was offered we decided to get the tires now instead of waiting until our next rotating.

They checked out not just the tire I came in about, but all for tires. Looked up reasonable priced tire for me. And treated me like they really cared about my safety on the road. I didn't feel taking advantage of, as often do when dealing with car repairs.

They went out of there way to help me great people to do business with

Came in for what I thought was a balancing issue or bearing and it turned out to be tire separation. Awesome response and no up sale of anything. I'll be back to get suspension noise troubleshooted.

They were quick and had a varietal of products to pick from. Also they inspected my vehicle and alerted me to other issues.

i went to do an alignment for my truck and i went, ten min before, i was told it would take 45 min, my appointment and only one person was waiting. i had to wait for mostly 2 hour for later on to be told that it was done yet even though the alignment was complete my car would still till to the left
