My problem, a noise I could not identify, was diagnosed by two associates. The car was driven by two associates in an attempt to determine the unknown knocking noise. The in-shop inspection revealed rear struts were in need of replacing, which would likely cure the knocking noise.

I came in with two children, without an appointment to have a low tire evaluated. I left within an hour with a new set of tires (long overdue) and the feeling of being valued and respected.We love our new BIG O tires! Gary and Carolyn made the experience painless!

Had brake work done on a classic car so they took the time to address the issues and resolve the problem without hesitation to tackle the problem.

Got 4 new tires installed over the weekend. Ran into valve stem issue afterwards but company was responsive and helpful.
