Big O Tires

I needed a sensor for the tires checked out and they explained what was going on and fixed it quickly.

They were very professional and took great care of my car. They even did it without an appointment.

I had a flat tire about a month ago and took my car into Big O. They replaced the tire and offered me a tire protection plan, that I purchased. Recently, I noticed a screw in the tire they replaced. I took the car back in and they removed the screw and repaired the tire at no cost. Best of all the service took less than 45 minutes on a Saturday!

They took me in very quickly and give me my call to pick up my vehicle 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Keep me up to date on the condition of the vehicle.

I used to be a Firestone customer for many years. I converted to Big O Tires after a couple of issues with Firestone. I wish I would have made this move a long time ago. Big O Tires customer service is amazing! Great job team!!!

I have been going to this big - o store since i bought my first set of tires 1979 first car i was 16 they have always been good me this time they went above all rxpectations i had a famly emergency and had to get there i used a friends truck but two tires we bad the gave me a good price and put new ones on checked everything and had me on my way within 20 min thankyou so much my child needed her parents asap and you made it happen
