Big O Tires

Came in with a leaky tire.It was fixed in a matter of 15 minutes (just enough time to read the sports section) and I was on my way.Coming in I thought I may have to purchase a tire and all I needed was a leaky valve replaced.Thanks Dave.

I was heading to work and found a screw in my tire. I dropped my car off and had to get a new tire because the screw was too close to the sidewall. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes and was able to make it to work on time.

I been customer for the last thirty years at this big O shop. I’ve been very pleased with the service that I received every time I go back to this tire shop I like give big Thanks to Dave E and team for excellent service.

I found a nail in my tire while leaving for work. I swapped out the flat for my spare and headed in to Big O. They had my flat fixed and my tire rotated and I was out of there in 20 minutes. I was only 50 minutes late for work. It was great.

This Antioch team is great! Got new tires a week ago, had a great trip to Tahoe and back, then hit a metal blade in the road. Luckily I have the tire protection plan, they ordered the new tire, came in the next day and they replaced it, just had to pay taxes and disposal fees. Bringing my other vehicle here soon.

I went in with a brake problem and was told that it would be late afternoon before I could get my car back. Not only did I get it back much earlier than expected, everything was fixed AND they found a tire that could have blown out on the road. All I can say is thanks to Ron and staff.

All appointments for Saturday were booked but was still told I could drop off my truck at 8:00 and they would squeeze me in. Big fan of Big O Tires qs put alot of miles on my truck and love the fact that I can get tires rotated when I get an oil change.

Oil change and tire rotation was done promptly and efficiently.

The technicians are honest and friendly. They care about keeping my family safe and no taking advantage of people. Everyone is helpful.

I really do not like dealing with cars or their maintenance but going to Big O is fast easy no price discrepancy just very trusting experience. I git my tires there recently and decided to get all maintenance done there from now on

Took my sons car in for some issues. Ron as normal was and is always great and always fair. Goes the extra mile without charging an arm and a leg to get it done.

Work is done professionally

Used them two weeks ago and they worked with my schedule to get my tires replaced. They also kept me posted on the entire process. I would highly recommend them.
