I didn’t have an appt. But my tire pressure was low the were able to fix the problem (I had a nail stuck ) and was out in under an hour . Friendly staff

I had alot if work to be done on my car. Tires, brakes, transmissuion flush, oil change, etc. I knew it was going to set me back for alot of money. At the shop, we called to increase my credit limit on my BigO credit card and BOOM! It was done! Thank you BigO for your excellent customer service and for being there when I need it most! This is the only place I go for vehicle service!

As always, everything was perfect. The maintenance that I wanted completed was all explained clearly to me...along with the estimated price. My truck was ready quickly and there was great communication between the office and myself. Great shop!

Referred to Big O by MBZ of Oakley. I purchased aftermarket rims/tires for my 2011 E550. After many attempts to work with other shop to repair the front driver side tire which had a slow leak, I went to Big O. Staff was pleasant and solved my ongoing problem of 3 months within 40 minutes, at a surprisingly affordable cost of $26. Big O will now provide all my tire/rim service needs.

It was as rough and gravely as Kathleen Turner’s voice when I pulled my truck into my big o tires and when they were done it was as smooth and non threatening as Will Smith

I use them every 3000 miles to rotate my tires and they provide me excellent and fast service. Restroom of the store is very dirty though. Need to remodel and keep it clean.
