Big O Tires

I was pretty sure my SUV needed brakes so brought it here (Big O) at my son's suggestion. Waited for diagnosis, which, not surprisingly, involved more maintenance-repair. Took the offer to be shuttled home and received call in the afternoon when vehicle was done. True to my son's word, Ron and his crew were courteous, explained what needed to be done clearly and gave me options. Felt respected and will return. My experience was more positive than at certain dealerships which appear too quick to take advantage of women.

Came in for a tire rotation and service was performed immediately and hardly no waiting for my car.

I always feel I receive very good service. Have been using Big-O for automotive service for many years and have my son also using you.

This tire purchase over the years is at least my 6th set of tires purchased at this particular Big O Tires store and I can't recall having any issues that would make me not continue to be a Big O customer for many more years. Plain and simple.

They made a thorough diagnostic check of my brake and tire system and recommended reasonable repairs. I trust their judgement.

Was done in 20 minutes with accuracy. Could not be more pleased. Also took my car in a couple minutes earlier as well.
