Big O Tires

Last weekend I went to start my car and while it started I knew the battery was bad.Called the guys at Big O Tires at three in the afternoon and they said they did not have the battery in stock but they would order it and have it within an hour.Long story short they did what they said they would and I was on the road by four ten.Great much of folks as usual.Robert J. the staff was very friendly over the phone a few days prior when I scheduled my appointment. upon arrival, they were very nice and got my car in quickly. they gave me a call when they discovered another issue and went over all options for me. picking up was easy and I didn't have to wait long.

Very detailed service. I brought in a two rims with old tires and some new replacement tires to swap. The tech asked a lot of good questions to make sure that I left with the new tires mounted to the rims the way I needed them. I have directional tires so the tech asked which side they were going on so that they were mounted correctly. He asked if the rims had been on the vehicle before so that he was sure that the weights they were going to add to balance the tire would not interfere with the brake calipers. Just overall excellent service.

I called on Saturday March 27, 2021 to see if there were any available appointments. They were booked for that day but I was immediately offered the next appointment. I was scheduled for 1:00pm Monday March 29, 2021. I arrived at approximately 12:53 pm and was back home by 1:45 pm. It doesn't get much better than that. The only reason I can't recommend more people is because I don't have any friends and I socially distance due to the pandemic. I will definitely continue using this location whenever I need service on our minivan.

I was calling around, looking for snow cables for my car. I had many questions, and they were very nice and patient with me.

Integrity is very important to me. The team at this store exercise integrity. I have a different Big O Store close to my house but prefer this store. The customer service is professional & on point. They go out of their way to give great service. I will continue to bring my business back here and highly recommend to friends and family.
