I went in on a Saturday and dropped off my car I was in a hurry to get to my son's birthday party and they took my car pretty much right away and called me when it was done great job!

They were quick to help me. I had a flat time. The reason I use Big O Tires, is that when I buy their tires, the repair of my tires is free. This repair went off without a hitch. They looked at the tire, said it was their brand, and fixed it, no charge. Great Customer Service.

I had a flat which ended up being the stem. Between my wide wheels and the thread lock the previous owner used valve stem, it was difficult. Took over an hour after closing. Butthey kept going until the job was done. Great job Big O Antioch.

Always helpful even late in the day

I was looking for a certain wheel and tire combination and they took there time to find it, then a week ago i decided to have nitrogen put in the tires witch they did , plus a couple other things.

I was given "a quote" for my tires and it was right on point. I was in and out of there in under 1 hour. Very happy 😊 with my tires.
