Dave and Robert were so helpful and very courteous. I love the discounts they gave me and were super knowledgeable about what they do. So glad I got my tires done. I also like the fact that they are so honest about only needing 2 tires and not four tires. I felt good about their service. I felt like they were honest and were on my side. Thank you for everything. So far, I like the customer service. Honesty and integrity is what keeps my coming back. I don't feel like I am being ripped off.

Went in for a oil change and got my truck back fully serviced and inspected. Great prices, great service.

I actually work at another shop nearby, I purchased my tires for this truck and had it aligned at your store and was so impressed with honesty, price and quality. I usually just have you do the maintenance with the free rotation I get with my Big-O Tires. This last visit was the Icing on the cake when i said check the left front of my truck i feel something funny when backing out of my driveway. You could have told me anything at that point. Well I was told to look at my driveway because my front suspension was fine. WOW! THANKS TO ALL THE TEAM AT BIG-O ANTIOCH!!
