Big O Tires

service was great, I always buy my tires at big O due to the great follwup reminders i recieve by mail

No appointment. I was greeted immediately. Dave Estes took my order for a tire and 45 minutes later I was back on the road. Could not have been more a pleasant experience.

The staff was very friendly and performed the task at hand on my vehicle with no problems.

I had some low tire pressure and knew I needed a tire rotation - so it was a rather simple visit, but Big O made it very easy.

Had a flat tire, and had to take it back cause it wasn't done right, but I was taken care of right away, and made it to my appointment on time..

Service was great, Ron was very helpful answered all my questions,concerns. Overall Staff is well trained on how to treat there customers.

Had a soft tire and went in. The tire had a screw in the side wall area that could not be fixed, so the tire was replaced quickly and without charge.

I had no problem my husband made the appointment, I drove my car to the location they put on the new tires I paid and that was it.
