Timely, polite, helped quickly and completed without issue.

I phoned for an estimate and the cost was the same as estimate! The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the service. I had my brakes checked thinking I needed new brakes and was explained the brakes were fine and the sound I heard could have been from my rotors which didn’t need to be replaced until I found them to irritating. I was impressed they didn’t make an old lady pay for something I really didn’t need. Kudos to big O

Needed new tires for my 2003 GMC Yukon and upon a simple online research of tire shops within my area, I chose Big O tires on 18 St., Antioch location. Very happy with Ron and his staff in selecting and processing order of new tires. Very happy with the service, specially a rather thorough evaluation of what I might require to improve my vehicle ride and performance. Got honest answers and was delighted with overall delivery and completion of install in a timely manner. Just completed a long distance drive from Ca. to Nev. and ride was really smooth and comfortable with new Sumitomo HTR tires and proper alignment. Thanks Ron & staff. I needed new tires, but was worried about the cost when I called to make an appointment and get a quote, but Andy gave me information about the Big O Tires Citibank credit card and was able to schedule my appointment after being approved for the credit line. I was able to receive new tires, alignment, and oil change with ease and peace of mind. I had questions about the credit account and Andy gave me information on how it works and mentioned the rebate and the month's special for tires. Thank you Andy!
