I came in right before closing. I needed my tire checked for a "slow-leak". I was immediately greeted and explained what was going on. I was told the price for a patch would be $25...I agreed and was out of there no more than 20mins after. Very fast! Friendly staff! Very pleased with service.

Very friendly staff.

Customer support was stellar. And install time was amazingly fast! I'd only go to another Big O store because of proximity to my home - there is another store closer. Overall I was very impressed with the guys and especially how quickly they installed the tires. The only downside are the add-on costs, above the price of tires. I thought that they were quite high - more than should have been.
