It was easy to schedule an appointment. The work was done quickly. when a code came up on my car saying that a brake fluid flush was needed, the service manager explained it to me and let me know the price.

Quoted over the phone after searching for the best deal for me, said they would get me in and out while I wait. It was about 30-40 minutes, did exactly what I asked. I do not know how they could have done better? Maybe Halloween candy?

Great Customer Service, and great work

Ron was amazing, polite, friendly and called me about some other stuff that he recommended I replace.

We brought the car in thinking it needed a new alternator. In fact it only needed a new battery. We are thankful that Big O does honest business and didn't replace and charge us for something that wasn't needed. The car had to stay overnight and they assured us it would be locked up inside where it would be secure. I have been a customer here for many years, and will continue to do business with this Big O location.

Staff was prompt and courteous. The job was done in 90 mins and I was on my way. So far, so good!
