Although the time needed to service is longer than the fast oil change shops, the service provided is far superior. I received a total inspection and a tire rotation at a less expensive price than the quick oil change shop I used to go to.

about 6 months ago I had tires installed (all the way around, as they say). we went on a camping trip with friends the 4th of July weekend. On my return I incurred a flat tire. I took my car into Big O and they honored the warranty and I discovered I had also taken out the protection plan. I questioned the condition of the flat tire and received a satisfactory answer. The wait time was appropriate. Service and Customer Service is always good at this location. A friend of mine made me aware of firestone that is closer to my residence. I told her is was aware but that I preferred Big O Tires. They will always have my business and I will always refer others.

I know that if there is any issue big or small it will be taken care of when I come to Big O. I have gone to Big O for over 40 years and would not go anywhere else.
