I had an appointment, they were ready at that time. The day before my oil change I talked to Dave about getting some tires, he explained to me that they could handle that at the same time and worked up the price and had it ready for the appointment. Everyone involved asked questions and communicated well. The work was finished in less than the stated time with no problems.

Big O Tires is the only automobile company that I truly trust. I have a truck and a car that I baby. I baby my vehicles because I can't replace them. I take them to Big O Tires because I feel that they know the hardship of losing a vehicle to a working family. I was honest in expressing the gap in my knowledge in buying tires. They were good to explain to me the benefit in tire rotation and wheel alignment. I hope if your are shopping around go to Big O Tire, first.

I called for an appointment. They scheduled it promptly, and were ready when I arrived. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Reccomended by one of my co workers, I did some comparative shopping and they were the best price for my tire. The tire that was quoted to me had just been put on the car in the bay so we had to go up to the next level (I thought my wallet would have a heart attack) the clerk made some adjustments tot he price and got me out for about $20 over my original quote. Not bad! I will be back to get the rest of my tires done and probably my oil (full service! Sweet!) This place is close to work so that makes it perfect for me.
