Big O Tires

Rob at Antioch Big O was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me clear information and the service was fast! I got a new battery and 4 new tires installed within 2 hours. I have never experienced service that fast at other Big O locations.

I was on my way to my tire installation appointment when one of my cars old tires failed. Ron at Big O installed a tire on a rim and gave it to my uncle so that my uncle could drive to meet me, install the tire, and get me back on my way to the tire shop. Ron went out of his way to take care of me and it was much appreciated! Big O installed my new tires quickly and I'm back on the road with confidence.

The people were great. I came in for a rotation as part of purchasing my tires there. I knew I needed some belts replaced. I was surprised they inspected and offered to do the work. The price was comparable elsewhere, so I went ahead and did it. They were able to get parts pretty quickly. I could care less about cleanliness based on it being an auto shop and the neighborhood that it's in. But the service is why I keep coming back.
