I came in to get a balance and tire rotation. A rear axle seal leak was brought to my attention. We made an appointment for the day after. I came back on Friday and dropped my truck off in the morning and before lunch time I got a call that it was ready. Seal repaired and alignment done. Perfect, thanks guys

The team at Big O in Antioch always takes care of my car needs. They listen, they are professional and take their time to explain what’s going on.

Right rear passenger tire picked up a nail (detected by a friend who walked by the vehicle and heard the "hissing" which was great for me since I am elderly and did not hear it. Fortunately it was quickly fixed and I was on my way.

My experience was great. The front desk staff greeted me with enthusiasm. I was notified that I had a warranty on my brakes and that they were replacing the rotors. I appreciated that I was notified and then I asked how the the wait would be. I had already been informed the day before that it could possibly be an hour to 2 hour and I was in my car after an hour and a half. Ron and Dave run an efficient and productive store with a great staff. Thank you
