Big O Tires

I receive great service when I bring my car into Big O. They always do their best to make sure my car is in a good operating condition, let me know when parts of the car need to be worked on and make me feel important. When my car needs work that they don't do they send me to someone who can. I appreciate all they do to keep me safe on the road.

Mr. Ron, owner had assisted me in checking which tire had a problem. In an instant, he found the problem. The moment I arrived the place, Mr. Ron immediately accommodated me. No waiting. Instantaneously service. He ordered immediately needed tire for replacement. In two hours, the tire replacement arrived. Mr. Rob was the mechanic who fixed and replaced the flat tire. He was very processional and courteous. Overall, I had a very exceptional and very satisfied experience. Kudos!!!

It was a last minute oil change, My husband and I are new to the neighborhood and found 2 big O tires so he went to Pittsburg and I went to Antioch, I was greeted and taken care of in a timely manner, they explained what they did, what they found. I loved it, unfortunately my husband waited 4hours and the next morning ( which was Sunday) there was oil everywhere...of course they were closed so we have to wait until Monday to possibly have it towed back because there is probably no more oil in truck it's all on garage floor and driveway. So, we have picked to be customers of Antioch Big O.
