A staff member went above & beyond to help me keep an eye on and occupy my (special needs) son while we waited.

I called just before closing the day before. Ron was able to squeeze me in for an early morning appointment.

I went in for a tire repair. Due the condition of the tire, they recommended replacement, I said ok, and I was out in no time. Due to the wear on the tire, I expected them to recommend replacement of the tire.

They were able to help me immediately Had two new tires put on Was in and out in about 25 minutes

Fast service

I had some new tires put on but didn't have time the same day to have the Alignment checked ( still under warranty from the last time I had it aligned). They scheduled me for a few days later and had me in in and out in about 40 minutes. The service I receive each time is prompt, courteous and affordable. Love this Big O store!
