The knowledge, professionalism, and honesty are the great attributes I admire with everyone working at this place. I say a big Thank you to Dave Estes for his genuine concerns and help in getting everything done right and quickly too.

We were stuck up in Auburn at the Ford Dealerships, they had our truck Ford Truck for One Day and 8 hrs later, at 8am the next morning the called to let my daughter know it was an Alternator problem, she called me, and I called Dave to let him know of our issue, if he thought it maybe a Battery or Alternator, he expressed it was an old battery and to just put a new battery on and bring her home and in his shop,and that the truck will make it to Antioch no problem, when she told them to just put a new battery, they hung up on her. They were not HAPPY at all to hear that we just wanted a battery, because 8 hrs later when my husband got to Auburn, at 4pm they still had not put the battery on our Truck, plus! guaranteed our truck would not make it to Antioch, WELL SHE DID, Dave Estes was right, talk about knowing what you know, this is why we trust both our my Vehicles with Big O's.

This was my first time using this BigO Tires facility. I have had less than positive service from other non BigO tire shops. When I called to get a price quote Dave was very helpful and provided a very reasonable quote for new tires mounting and balancing. When I arrived to drop off my wheels, Ron was very courteous, helped me unload my wheels, and got the paperwork done. I was called within a short time to let me know my tires were ready (sorry, I forgot the person's name who called, but she was very helpful too). When I returned to pick up my tires/wheels, Ron again helped me load them into my car. The quality of the work was excellent. I can't think of any way this experience could have been better. I'm happy in have found a tire shop I can trust!

Computers weren’t up and running, so there was a delay that morning. However, a tech came to help me and told me paperwork can wait.

I am a repeating customer for about 4 years and will continue to do so. Also recommending to friends and family all the time. Always have a pleasant experience. Wait time is a bit long but worth it.

I will be bringing all of my vehicles there from now on. Even though it is not as close as some of the other shops to my location.
