The mechanic was very experienced & showed me what the problems were with my front-end braking system. I am a service plumber & I need to rely on my work van working properly so I can service my customers. That is why I returned to your shop because the guys there are all very professional & courteous to me & they get the job done right ...so I don't have to worry if my van will get me to my jobs throughout Contra Costa County!

Been coming here for appx 8 years to have 4 vehicles serviced. Effective communication and always pleasant to deal with. Please remove the question as to recommending your store to someone in the next 30 days, as I won't know of anyone's auto service needs until it happens and they've already chosen a shop or it's not close to them. Otherwise, appreciate all you and your team does to keep our vehicles rolling smoothly.

the person who helped me was Robert. He met me at the curb, called me by name (from my license plate) and arranged for my tire rotation and car alignment. Also, my air filter was very dirty, and he replaced that. He was great.
